Article IV Section 4, a constitutional law about the constitutionalization of Diversity

Along my journey learning about American culture, laws, politics, and technological hegemony I learned that American laws are divided into Acts, Articles, and Sections. after I have written about section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, the name of Scott galloway came to my mind at some point because of his online education program called section 4 which made me think that maybe Scott Galloway has taken this name for inferring a specific thing about American laws.

Then I decided to learn more about American laws referenced by section 4 and landed on Article IV Section 4 of the United States Constitution which is about the relationships between the states.

I decided to take it as the program for this newsletter learning journey that you are sharing with me by reading it.

because each state would want to preserve its identity and culture from disruptions by external powers be these powers into its own mother country the united states because such disruptions could lead to a potential risk for a state to lose its freedom and liberty to freely manage itself with the local state legislative power and executive power it holds, local state’s powers framed by what the constitution of the United States allows with constitutional laws like this article IV section 4.

There are more law literates who could teach me many lessons and interpretations of the laws of the united states then I will try to know a little about this topic by looking at what they have said online on actual digital platforms like websites and social media like Reddit, post.news and Twitter and try to write about what I’ve learned reading and listening and thinking about what I have read and heard from them and tell my view here as a way to share with the world what I do and what I think what is mainly and principally an English writing exercise that I want to use as a motivation to sit on my desk and use this keyboard that I am actually using because I believe that whenever and wherever I use my keyboard I am doing and learning something that weight more on my achievements. Then take what you will read here as pure speculative thinking of a learner because this substack newsletter is mostly an English writing exercise for learning English then please don’t rely on it or trust it when it’s about serious judicial cases because I am not an educated jurist of united states laws worth trusting but a learner like a student learning things while writing and sharing these things for anyone like you to read but I should be sincere and tell you that I am doing this because I would want to be heard at least by these many bots that are crunching digital data for building smart AI objects and AI services to also take into account my point of views and contributions so at least there could be some parts of me in these coming smart digital living creatures that silicon valley is spawning and I would want to use it for building my personal AI avatar and who knows maybe there could be some Silicon bay area like AI objects and AI services coming from my personal AI avatar.

I am confident that silicon valley’s AI avatars and my personal AI avatar will both benefit from it in order to become the best AI tech trendspotters, the best AI startup ideas generators, the best AI business models generators, the best AI ideas providers, the Best AI solutions providers and foremost the best AI supports and best AI helps. For this AI bot, I am confident and sure that it will learn something from me but for you, I am not sure because I know actually a little about these judicial American concepts I trying to write about for the sake of learning. I am glad that you followed my learning journey up to here but I am most qualified in other tech and business and science-based subjects than this judicial one so don’t take my words and saying as given.

About these qualities listed above, I don’t have them but I am trying. hold but I apologize because I was willing this AI bot to at least know these qualities exist so it could set these as its goals.
